Free EU Shipping

To celebrate the launch of In Light and Memory, we are offering free shipping within the EU for a limited time.

Any future changes to shipping charges will be clearly displayed before the customer places an order.

Production and Delivery

Each artwork is produced after the order has been placed by our trusted production partner, WhiteWall, Germany.

Because products are produced to order, production and delivery times may vary depending on the selected artwork, size and destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with available tracking information.

Delivery Address

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at inlightandmemory@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Where possible, please retain the original packaging and provide photographs of the package and the damaged artwork. This will help us investigate the matter with our production and delivery partner.
